Real, lasting change doesn’t happen overnight — and that’s why I offer time-bound, structured service packages rather than one-off appointments. As a registered dietitian, I believe deeply in the power of an ongoing client-dietitian relationship. Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all science, and your needs, goals, and challenges will evolve.
Packages allow us to build a foundation of trust, track your progress meaningfully, and adjust your plan as your body and lifestyle respond. When you commit to a package, you’re not just buying sessions — you’re investing in a partnership built on consistency, accountability, and the kind of unwavering support that actually moves the needle.
The benefits of this approach show up both immediately and over time. In the short term, you’ll gain clarity — a personalized plan, a clear direction, and the confidence that comes from knowing you have expert guidance in your corner. You’ll stop second-guessing every food choice and start making decisions rooted in knowledge that’s tailored specifically to you.
Over the long term, the real transformation takes hold: sustainable habits replace short-lived fixes, your relationship with food becomes healthier and less stressful, and the results you’ve worked toward become ones you can actually maintain.
Research consistently shows that people who engage in ongoing nutrition counseling are far more successful at reaching and sustaining their health goals than those who seek only isolated advice. When you invest in a package, you’re investing in a version of yourself that doesn’t just feel better for a week — but for life.
Note: Package buyers can purchase ongoing maintenance sessions to use after the package is completed.
You've tried the diets. You've counted the calories, cut the carbs, and followed the rules. You've tried what works for everyone else — only to find yourself back where you started, frustrated and exhausted.
Let's write a new story.
Introducing The Healthy Mind, Body, and Weight Package
A 3-6 month personalized, science-backed nutrition and movement program designed for real people with real lives — not a one-size-fits-all meal plan or a rigid workout routine that's not realistic for you.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I work with you to uncover what's actually getting in the way of your goals and build a sustainable path forward—one that integrates nutrition and physical activity in a way that fits your schedule, preferences, and health.
This Program Is for You If…
• You've lost weight before, but it never stays off
• You feel confused by conflicting nutrition advice
• You eat well "most of the time" but can't figure out why you're not seeing results
• You're managing a health condition and want food to be part of your treatment
• You're tired of feeling guilty about what you eat
• You want to feel better in your body — not just lighter on a scale

What We Work On Together
Month 1 — Build Your Foundation. We start by understanding you: your health history, your relationship with food, your current activity level, your lifestyle, and your goals. From there, we create a personalized starting point — including a scalable movement plan tailored to your fitness level, whether you're just getting off the couch or looking to level up an existing routine.
Month 2 — Put It Into Practice. This is where the real work happens. We tackle meal planning, grocery shopping, eating out, emotional eating, and the everyday moments that make or break long-term habits. We also dial in your movement routine — adjusting intensity, frequency, and type of activity as your energy, schedule, and confidence grow.
*Month 3-6 — Make It Yours for Life. We shift focus from "following a plan" to trusting yourself and your body. You'll leave with the skills, confidence, and a personalized maintenance framework — covering both nutrition and physical activity — to keep going on your own terms, long after the program ends.

This Is Not a Diet
There are no forbidden foods. No points. No punishing workouts. This program is built on the principle that sustainable weight loss comes from building a healthier relationship with both food and movement — not stricter rules, but smarter, more enjoyable ones. Physical activity is introduced gradually and scaled to meet you exactly where you are.

Living with a chronic condition is hard enough. Figuring out what to eat — with conflicting advice from the internet, your doctor’s brief nutrition guidance, and a body that seems to have its own rules — shouldn’t make it harder.
That’s where Medical Nutrition Therapy comes in.
What Is Medical Nutrition Therapy?
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is not a diet. It’s a clinically proven, insurance-covered service provided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that uses personalized nutrition to help manage, slow, or in some cases reverse the progression of chronic disease.
It’s the difference between generic advice like “eat less sugar” and a real, individualized plan that accounts for your labs, medications, lifestyle, and goals.
Areas of expertise:
• Type 2 Diabetes & Prediabetes
• Cardiovascular Disease & Hypertension
• Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
• GI Conditions
• Liver Disease
• Hormone Health
Managing more than one condition? You’re not alone — and this program is built to address the full picture, not just one diagnosis.
This Package Is for You If…
• You’ve been diagnosed with a chronic condition and don’t know where to start with food
• Your condition isn’t well-controlled despite medication, and your doctor has recommended nutrition support
• You’ve received a list of foods to avoid, but no real guidance on what to actually eat
• You’re overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition information and want evidence-based answers
• You want food to be an active part of your treatment — not an afterthought
How the Package Works
Weeks 1–2: Clinical Assessment & Goal Setting We start with a thorough review of your health history, labs, medications, and current eating patterns. You’ll receive a written nutrition care plan — personalized to your diagnosis, your preferences, and your life — within 72 hours of your first session.
Weeks 3–10: Intervention & Monitoring. This is where we put the plan into action. We meet regularly to work through condition-specific nutrition strategies, track your response to dietary changes, and adjust as your labs and symptoms evolve. I stay in close communication with your medical team throughout.
Weeks 11–12+: Evaluation & Long-Term Management We review your progress against your clinical goals, celebrate measurable wins, and build a maintenance plan designed to keep you moving forward — with or without continued coaching.
What’s Included

• Total sessions include a thorough 90-minute Initial Nutrition Assessment and six 60-minute follow-up sessions
• Comprehensive written nutrition care plan delivered after your first session

This Is Clinical Nutrition — Not Generic Wellness Advice
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am the only nutrition professional licensed to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy. That means everything in this program is:
• Grounded in current clinical guidelines from organizations like the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, and the National Kidney Foundation
• Coordinated with your care team so your nutrition plan works alongside your medications and medical treatment — not against them
• Documented and trackable so you and your doctor can see measurable progress over time
May Be Covered by Your Insurance
Medical Nutrition Therapy is a Medicare-covered benefit for qualifying diagnoses, including Type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Many private insurers cover MNT for a broader range of conditions.
Sessions with a registered dietitian may be covered. I can help you verify your benefits. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement. Self-pay is available via debit or credit card.
A Note on HSA & FSA
Many clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover nutrition coaching services. Check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility — it’s a great way to invest in your health with pre-tax dollars.

• You're done putting yourself last
What We Work On Together
This isn't a diet program. It's a whole-person approach to health that treats nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and mindset as the interconnected system they actually are.

Weeks 3–5: Buil.d We put your personalized nutrition and lifestyle framework into practice. Meal planning, smarter grocery shopping, better sleep habits, stress management tools, and mindful eating strategies — introduced gradually so nothing feels overwhelming.
Weeks 6–7: Deep. en We go further. We troubleshoot what's working and what isn't, address real-life challenges like travel and social eating, and explore the areas that matter most to you — gut health, supplement clarity, emotional eating, or whatever needs the most attention.
Week 8: Sustain. We close the program by reflecting on your progress, consolidating what's become habit, and building a personalized long-term wellness plan you can carry forward — confidently and independently.
